These newly released Hitman Absolution screens, show off some very nice visuals, especially for the Hitman series, though 47 being on a small ledge in the sky is slightly troubling given that he’s not supposed to be an acrobat like that Creed guy, but we can assume there’s a hatch above that ledge or something that he dropped down from.

What’s truly troubling is that, while Hitman will be appearing at E3, it will only be behind closed doors to the press.

Now of course this could simply be what they think is the best way to build the hype, it could also mean they don’t have full confidence in their game, and need to limit any public scrutiny, and god forbid take notes from the biggest dumbest members of the press, IGN employees for example.

If they screw up this series I say we dig up Aeris and kill her again.

Sony dropped some screenshots from the upcoming Move edition of Heavy Rain. It looks like these will just be the equivalent of waggle instead of a button press, it doesn’t seem like they’ll be using the full range of motion the Move is supposed to offer, but that’s to be expected for a patch to an already released game.

Also, a small tidbit, but this is the first I’ve seen the trigger button on the Move controller referred to as the T button.

EA finally released some media for the Alice sequel Alice: Madeness Returns. It looks like the real deal, the same atmosphere and style with a modern graphical upgrade. The teaser trailer is short, but shows us that they won’t be holding back on the weird for the sake of grabbing the mainstream audience, This is a true sequel to a flawed classic of PC gaming.

SquareEnix Eidos have released some concept poster art for the next Hitman game (Hitman 5). It seems Agent 47 will get burned, or god puts a contract on Satan or something. Agent 47 looks a little to movie game friendly in this picture, but it is just a little promotional concept art.

The image also confirms that IO Interactive will continue to be the ones developing Hitman, so there should be no need to worry.

Fable III Boxart

Notice it features the “only on Xbox 360 AND Windows” stamp. Hopefully that means PC gamers will be able to get their hands on Fable 3, but more likely Microsoft just slipped up with the early box art.

Castlevania Judgement will have characters from throughout the series including Dracula, Simon, Alucard, Shanoa, and Maria Renard. Secondary weapons like holy water, daggers, and magic spells.
Remixed classic Castlevania music, traps, destructable environments, and enemy monsters who interfere with the fights.

Capcom wants to “surpass Mega Man 2″ by going back to the basics, and holy shit does it look fucking amazing. It will have NES style sprites, music, sound, cutscenes and gameplay!
